Admit One: The Great Hall

MATERIALS:  Ink, color pencil, and graphite on paper.

The Admit One drawings develop the idea of the constitutive body. The drawing simultaneously represents the floor plan of The Great Hall of The Cooper Union, the seating chart of the hall, and the tickets that admit one to an event. Abraham Lincoln once said there: 'Let us have faith that right makes might, and in that faith, let us, to the end, dare to do our duty as we understand it'.
